This 1:1 container invites you to embark on an intimate journey within yourself, using movement to connect & unravel the stories that your body holds. It provides a safe and expressive space for you to untangle the knots of the past, allowing for emotional release and personal growth. By engaging in this practice, you create a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit, fostering a deep sense of liberation and self-discovery. First we will jump on a 15min discovery call to see if we will be an aligned partnership for your goals & desires. Sessions are 1hr can be offered virtual or in person. (in person sessions will cost more and are based in Santa Cruz, CA) *availability for certain near by areas but travel rate would apply* 3 month container meeting weekly(4 weeks a month) in person$560 virtually $400 or option of Bi-weekly(2 weeks a month) in person $280 virtually $200 Payment plans available More details to be discussed in discovery call
