Krista Marie
Hi, I’m Krista Marie! I'm a 2/4 Emotional Manifesting Generator, a creator, an intuitive dancer, a fiery and earthy being that's deeply connected to nature. As a child, I would run wild and barefoot in nature, making homes in trees, and spending hours dancing. The beautiful elements of nature and my personal movement practices have always been, and continue to be, my most authentic form of expression, my greatest medicine,, my wisest teacher, and most grounding support.
Im a deep thinker; I ponder life and i deeply witness my emotions and how the human form works. I have come to the work I offer not from an always easy journey, but one of finding my power, one of living within both darkness and light.
I have learned to speak my truth and set strong boundaries, not because it came naturally to me, But from learning from life encounters where i did not have boundaries in place and i didn't use my voice as i do now.
I have delved into the depths of myself, my up bringing and my ancestral patterns to confront and heal my inner demons, shadows and parts that still believe they were protecting me. in order evolve into the person I am and continue to see my self becoming; and trust me this work is on going. I had to reframe my entire understanding of the world and myself to build the healthy, safe and passionate life I crave.
I worked hard, remained determined and addressed aspects of my life that had previously caused me great harm.
My personal struggles and unhealthy coping mechanisms led me to hit many walls and reach the deepest parts of myself. With each internal death, I chose to seek deep healing and make drastic shifts in my perspective, always recognizing my desire to learn and build a holistic lifestyle.
My passion for creating a holistic lifestyle led me to explore various alternative healing modalities and engage in deep introspection through life experiences. These experiences deepened my understanding beyond what i could have imagined, all while being deeply connected to my desire to live holistically.
my journey brought me to a deep love for gaining knowledge about holistic body care and using natural remedies to care for both my inner and outer body, as well as my psyche. I wholeheartedly embrace the study of areas that light my soul and allow me to heal and help others on similar journeys. these studies led me to some of my soul-led businesses, that is my herbal apothecary Kikita Naturals, and Life coaching.
my journey also led me to my soul-filled practice of dance. Movement has been in my life since age 4, growing up in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. At 17, I began my journey of self-taught intuitive/somatic dance, which later led me to learn various dance forms including belly dance, heels, fire dancing and burlesque. This led to my studies of Sensual Somatic Dance.
my journey further allowed me to follow my deep soul's desire to explore many lands and cultures, and immerse myself in nature across the globe. Travel continues to ignite my soul, challenging my mind and pushing me to face my past and present self in places far from the comfort of my raised in home.
My healing journey has significantly transformed me and continues to do so. I am now committed to my own path of health and holistic living, while also helping others achieve empowerment in their lives. A deep part of who I am is rooted in my desire to embody a life where I can encourage and support others on their journeys.
