Frequently asked questions
(packaging, shipping, Returns)

Do you use sustainable packaging?

I do my best to be environmentally conscious every step of the way from sourcing , production to shipping. I aim to minimize my ecological footprint as well as increase carbon offsetting and excited to create better systems and programs for this as we grow! That being said, I use all reusable glass or tin containers, our tea pouches are biodegradable and all shipping materials are 100% recyclable or biodegradable . I use as little material as possible to minimize post-consumer waste and encourage reusing and recycling. This is a very important aspect here at kikita naturals and i'm currently working on more ways to have my business enviromentally friendly.

Where is my order? How long does my order take to ship?

I ship USPS First Class Mail from Santa Cruz, California. Expected process time is 1-3 days & shipping time is 2-5 days. I do my best as a small business to get orders out as soon as possible. Tracking number will be sent through e-mail as soon as your item has shipped!

Do you offer international shipping?

I ship USPS for international orders. Delivery speed varies by destination but expected shipping time is around 6-15 days. I will provide tracking information although, once it’s left the U.S.A it may be harder to track. Keep in mind, there may be delays due to customs and border patrol and I may not know what is happening with the order but hope for smooth deliveries!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. I deeply care about you and your experience with Kikita products. Keep in mind, slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients and small batch processing. I do my absolute best to ensure quality & consistency with each item. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason. Please reach out and we’ll work to make things right! kikitanaturals@gmail.com

What if my item got damaged during delivery?

Once a package leaves my hands, it is in the hands of the mail courier. If a package fails to deliver, goes missing or arrives damaged please file a claim with the mail courier in your delivery location. If you need information from my side of the situation i am more than happy to provide any documentation and support you may need. If a product arrives damaged we recommend taking photos not only of the damaged goods but of the packaging itself for liability reasons.

Do you ship samples?

Because I make everything in small batches, I do not have samples to ship at this time. But I like to give away small little gift samples with orders and if you catch me at an in person event i'm always giving out little gifts.
